An eBay recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn about a Lead TPM position. Then transitioned the process to another AWF (Alternate Workforce) recruiter who's completely useless. I couldn't get any info out of him. Then out of blue he accused me contacting eBay with different emails. It turned out there was another applicant with a Chinese name. Our names were not even close! Horrible experience because of the culturally inadequate AWF contractors. The interviews were actually good, with sophisticated questions. But I was already mentally turned off and probably appeared impatient.
