I interviewed for the MTS – Android role. The recruiter was very professional and communicative throughout the process. It started with an Android coding screening round, followed by four standard interview rounds covering Android coding and architecture, system design, behavioral questions, and Android native fundamentals.
Overall, it was a great experience, as the interviews focused on practical, real-world Android skills rather than LeetCode-style problems, which don’t always reflect day-to-day work.
However, I had a negative experience during the behavioral round. The hiring manager came across as rude and unapproachable, and it felt like they were not interested in helping the candidate succeed.

Entretien
It was a complete mockery of the hiring process.
1. Stretched over one month for 4 technical interviews.
2. India hiring process is outsourced to a bunch of incompetent folks from a consultancy with free rein/authority
3. Revoked offer on flimsy grounds, with no clear reason/rationale/explanation
4. There is no mode to raise grievances or concerns to anyone since each department is cut off from the other and no one takes accountability/responsibility
5. Advise to anyone interviewing here - keep plan B, C... and don’t trust the onboarding team
