Demanding, with a quick turnaround. Over the phone as well as a skype interview. Did not have an assessment but some will be selected for an assessment day. Overall the interviews were not easy but with preparation it is less daunting.

It was more of a personality type interview rather than competency based. The interviewer wanted to know whether I would be the correct fit in the company. I did not need to use my financial knowledge in any way, which was a bit disappointing. The process was quick but not very engaging, overall I think that it was a very average procedure.
