First, you get a call from the UK HR department, then a call with the local head, and if they both approve, then you are brought in for a 1 week crash course on who they are, what they do and some selling techniques. It is complicated and very different of any other process

Are you intrested in changing your life and helping others do so?
Easy going first 2 HR rounds. However, the training course is quite elaborate and extensive. Completing and passing it can be a challenge for some. Overall a very nice experience.
Four steps . Includes a webinar then a psychometric test, telephone interview, Skype interview. Easy interview process with basic questions. Be confident and persistent if you want to get a job here.
