It was very strange. The job was advertised in a Wechat group, I responded. I got the phone interview and the webinar. I was told in the initial interview that the base retainer was 12,000 RMB, which is nothing close to 90k quid a year as advertised. In fact, 12,000 RMB isn't even a livable salary in Shanghai as rent for a cheap, shared apartment is 4,500 RMB per month or thereabouts. Meaning, you'd be living paycheck to paycheck and still be pulling a 60 hour work week for a year. In China.
terrible interview process. they lie and sell you a story that is completely untrue. Anyone who is giving this company 5 stars is clearly told to when they work there.

Entretien
I first got an interview online over zoom, then I had to go Malta to do training for around 2 weeks. Then we would be placed in an office after the two weeks were up. It was a fun experience but tough for sure.
