The hiring process has been divided into 3 parts. 1) phone interview with generic questions (e.g. your interest in the position) 2) HR interview, with a presentation of the company structure 3) Technical interview, discussing the background and previous experiences and answering some technical questions. This interview goes more in-depth and requires knowledge of concepts and problem solving skills. The whole process is perfectly organized and an immediate feedback is given at the end of each step (really appreciated).

1 telephone interview with technical staff, mixed HR and technical background questions, last ~45minutes. 2 on site interviews. 1. Mixed technical and HR interview, standard HR question about motivation, expectations, dealing with issues and difficulties. Presentation of one project that candidate have worked on. Tehnical question. It was with two senior engineers and last ~2h. 2. Mixed HR and technical interview with one senior engineers and 2 project managers. Same type of interview as first one, HR questions, Project presentation, technical questions and case study analysis. You get description of one embedded device and you need to discuss about high level design details and product development decisions.
