The HR people who screened me by phone were supportive and gave me advice that helped me through the interview process. On the day of the interview 6 applicants were present including myself; of those, only myself and one other person were ultimately selected. The actual interview was a straightforward one on one with a sales manager; it was laid back and I had no problem relaxing and talking my way into the job. After that I received a call a few days later, was told I had the job and when to show up for work, and that was that. Nothing particularly complicated.

I applied online through a job seeking website. I got a call after 2 months about the vacancy. The HR executive confirmed my availability in next 2 days and scheduled my interview after 2 days in evening. I reached on time. After waiting for about 35 minutes, I was called for interview. Interview took about 15 minutes. I was told this was the final interview.

Fast and effective in the process of bringing on AEs. They only limited to 1 interview and a phone call. Overall effective placement and flow of the interview. Not to many people to track or keep in order.

Entretien
There are usually 3 total interviews after the initial screening. You will have a manager, director and VP interview you. Very basic questions involving sales and problem solving. The questions are not difficult, but they will make you think about prior experience. Bringing in ammo that can display your sales and diagnostic skills will be helpful. Remember to ask questions along the way. They use QBS, question based selling, as their main selling approach.
