I was referred by a friend so the HR person called me. She talked to me for a few minutes and asked me some questions, just about what kind of sales experience I had. About a day or 2 later a manager called me and set up a time for me to come in. The interview was pretty good, asked me about my sales experience and told me how things worked with the leads, took a tour, sat with an employee for a while to get a feel for the job. Another manager met with me and asked pretty good questions laid out the pay plan. I failed the test the first time so one of the managers called me and gave me a pep talk to keep me studying harder. The first time I didn't take the test very seriously. The second time I took the test, I passed and started at Mortgage Lender about 3 days later.

Their recruiter was very quick to call me back after I submitted my application. There is a pre-interview with the recruiter, then they schedule an interview with of the division managers. Great, easy streamlined interview process. They spend a good amount of time with the candidate, are very helpful in describing the position expectations and opportunity.
