I had a screening interview with a recruiter from Zillow. The recruiter very awkwardly told me that "full disclosure, the previous person chose to leave the position." Most people do so mentioning it in this fashion was odd. At one point the recruiter seemed upset that they had to interview people for the position (?) You could close the position if you have enough applicant etc. At the end of the interview I asked for their email to send a follow up thank you note for the meeting. The address they gave me came back as undeliverable. The whole thing was very weird and didn't give me the impression that they had their stuff together.
