Total of 10 interviews - combination of phone and video. Hiring manager - we talked while he was in the airport. Clear direction from recruiting staff. Gave gift card for food which was a nice touch. After everything -nothing! Not an email or a response to two follow up emails. This was during the layoffs back a few months ago so that might be the reason, but for a senior level position I would expect a phone call. There is now a director of billing role posted - seems a lot of changes. Interviewer beware - lots of time spent with no feedback or follow up!
