I was contacted by an internal recruiter. I did not apply, I had no intention of applying to Zillow. Scheduled a small chat with recruiter followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager and team member. No whiteboard questions or live coding, just talking about previous experience. Both went well. I was informed that I will hear something in a week. It's been a month now. I emailed asking for an update, never got a reply. Extremely unprofessional behavior. The worst part is, I didn't even apply myself, was picked by them and was still treated in such way.

Me gustó mucho el proceso, los reclutadores y los entrevistadores fueron muy amables y atentos. Siempre hubo una respuesta muy rápida después de cada entrevista.
El proceso duró un poco más de un mes, ya que tardaban un poco en agendar las entrevistas
