Applied online, 2 days later got email asking for a phone interview. The interviewer was 10 minutes late (not that big of a deal because they went 10 minutes over to compensate). They asked basic get-to-know background questions. The interviewer seemed disengaged from the beginning of the conversation, I thought it might be because it was New Year’s Eve and they didn’t want to be want to be working. The next work day, they emailed me and said they weren’t moving forward with me. I sent a very nice email saying I hope they find the right fit and asked for feedback, no response.
I was surprised because I usually always do very well in interviews and can connect with the interviewer very easily. I also researched everyone one LinkedIn I could find who had this role, and my resume/skill set was generally more advanced.
I reached out to to the VP of Recruiting (they have posted their email on other interview reviews), and they responded back to me. The manager of the recruiter who interviewed personally called me to give some feedback and explain why they decided to not move forward with me. Of course, I am still disappointed that they won't be moving forward with me, but I was very impressed that a company this large would make such an effort to reach out to me to resolve my concern.

The interview process was fairly standard. Background screening phone call followed by three interviews that focused on situational-based questions and company core values as well as their mission statement. Overall I would describe the interview process as fairly standard and consider it as a good experience.
Thank you for sharing your experience and congratulations on accepting your offer! We look forward to having you join the team! -Annie Rihn, VP of Recruiting
Like other people have said, the recruiter is awful. Very disengaged... she honestly made me not want to join the company. Put me on mute and i don't know if she listened at all. Was the worst phone interview I've ever had.
