Great experience which is not always the case.
Nice they can spot a potentially great associate without relying solely on keywords.

Recruiter screen, 30 minute zoom interview with team member, then a case study and a zoom call to present it to team members. My recruiter was communicative, and the team members I interviewed with were engaged and friendly.

The people who were part of the interview process were fantastic, but the Sr. Recruiter was really awful with communication. I had to reach out multiple times for updates and it was always very vague. Had to do a project example and put many hours into it only for it not to even be discussed at any stage during the cycle. Was told they were trying to hire quickly and yet the process was almost two months.

Pretty simple and great communication on the team for first and second round interview. Made it to the final round but had to reach out to the recruiter for a final update. They said they would provide feedback but still have not contacted me. A great experience until the end
