I originally applied for a different position, but was not a good fit. However, the hiring manager recognized that I might be a good fit elsewhere and recommended me for the Client Engagement Lead. The whole process for this new position took about 4 weeks from start to written offer, but was well laid out. I knew what to expect at each step and the recruiters and staff made me feel welcome and a part of the process at each turn.
