Spoke a lot of what constitutes a technical program, and what metrics/milestones would typically be measured against.
While that and all the other questions seemed simple enough, I got the feeling that despite answering everything well and having a good conversation with the team, that they were looking for someone with a lot more experience for the role

Question 1
Give an example of a program that you saw through completion from beginning to end. What did you use to measure success or failure?
The recruiting team is great when it comes to setting up phone screens and panel interviews. They even send over interview prep, which guarantees equal preparedness for all candidates. My only concern is that is seems like Zillow takes you through weeks of interviewing and follow up first, and checks business need/budget for the role second. Other than that, it was one of the better experiences, given the current Tech job market.
