It begins with a phone call with the TA, followed by in-depth interviews focusing on sales skills, product knowledge, and role fit with the hiring manager. Additionally, during the interview, we had assessments on role-plays and some scenario-based questions to evaluate negotiation abilities and objection handling. Lastly, an interview with senior sales to assess cultural alignment and long-term potential.

very long and tiring process, have to keep chasing and reminding to follow up on next step and stage, while no proactive response through weeks and weeks of wait. Eventually it seems the entire interview process was just 4 rounds spread across 4 months

Conversación muy rápida y la persona que me entrevistó no tenía mucha voluntad de conocerme mas, muy flojo.
Contesté todo lo que me preguntó y luego ya no me llamó ni mandó mensaje para siguiente seguimiento.

I had a phone screening with a women, and I thought it went well. We went forward and I had another interview with someone, and followed up with them after. They said that they would get back to me in two weeks, and then I was ghosted and every email I sent to the recruiters did not go through.
