Recruiter screen, hiring manager 30 min Zoom, Dir Sales 30 min Zoom, Dir SE support 30 min Zoom. I was initially turned away for an internal choice, then they reached back out. Provided great feedback, promised next steps, ghosted. No idea what happened and it's been weeks. Bad form.
