Entretien
It followed the usual process. A recruiter call (30 mins) followed by hiring manager (1 hour), director (1 hour). I was then given a presentation to prepare (20 hours prep) which I presented back on a panel interview (1 hour). The final stage was a peer interview (30 mins). The total time required for this process was circa 24 hours. At the end of the process I received 8 words of feedback "they felt you had gaps in your experience". I personally felt this was not appropriate feedback for such a lengthy process. If it is going to be so labour intensive some constructive feedback should be given to unsuccessful candidates. This was lazy work on Zendesks behalf and not keeping with the values and culture they claim to promote. It reflects very poorly on them as a company.
