Referred by a staff. Take-home assignment, one round for algorithm whiteboarding, one round for system design/job experience, one round for behavioral/culture fit, last round with the director. The recruiter was very helpful and the process went smooth.

I got rejected after the coding test so don't know the process beyond it.
