I applied for this job after previously working as an intern with Zendesk. Due to my previous experience, I was bumped up to the final round of interviews. The process took around 3 hours, with each interview session taking roughly 45 minutes. It involved a pair coding session with an engineer of theirs that was focused on gauging my coding level and process rather than finding a solution. The other 2 sessions were questions from other engineers, mostly soft skills and behavioural questions, with some more technical questions thrown in.
