Applied through employee referral, whole process took less than two weeks. First, phone interview with the hiring manager. The next week I had an in-person interview at the office with a few members of the team including hiring manager and management. Everyone was super friendly and responded very quickly to emails, etc.

Typical getting to know you type questions, i.e. why this position, why this company, where do you see yourself in 2 and 5 years. A couple situational questions. Asked about some technical skills, i.e. have you ever done X (skill listed on job description). Very straight forward and conversational.

Interviewed with recruiter over zoom, then was told that I would move to next round and that I should provide times for the following week. Did not hear back on scheduling and followed up a couple times without receiving a response. I was then rejected after 4 weeks of not hearing back.
