Submitted a resume online, received a time to speak to a recruiter. Spoke to the recruiter, who then setup a technical interview with the hiring manager for the team I was applying for. The technical interview included 30 mins of phone conversation and then 30 mins of coding questions via coderpad while still on the phone.
