J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zara (Cerritos, CA) en août 2015
Entretien
The interview was very biref, about 2-3 minutes. Also, give them your availability. They like open availability since it's easier to schedule people that way. =) GOODLUCK EVERYONE! Be patient! Call and follow up on your application, thank them for having been able to interview you, and don't annoy/look desperate. Try calling them once or twice every two weeks.

Question 1
The manager was nice a welcoming and asked me questions like "where have you stepped in and showed a sign of leadership?" and things like "have you had any experience in retail?", "Why do you want to work for Zara?"
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

Question 1
How do you handle high-pressure environments/situations?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
