I applied on their website and received an email asking me to interview. it was a quick phone interview that asked about my availability and work history. I actually never interviewed inside the store. It was only over the phone.

They asked questions about customer service, difficult moments in retail, and how you would problem-solve.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
