J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zara (Londres, Angleterre) en mai 2015
Entretien
Meeting at Regent Street in London mid May 2015, around 25 candidates shown up. We were shown two videos then had a chat as described in other reviews. I was not a fan of 'raise your hands to answer my questions' which made me feel like at school and I didn't think anyone really remembered who did raise hands and who didn't.
If someone came to the meeting prepared it was a waste of 15 min, so I think Inditex would do better if actually spoke to each candidate for a minute longer instead of showing videos and asking obvious questions about customer service and when company was founded etc. Overall the atmosphere was ok. Then a minute of a chat face to face with one of the recruiters, nothing too challenging really. I don't imagine many people being unsuccessful at this stage.
In a weeks time got a late evening phone call about in store interview next day, unfortunately not about the position I applied to and wanted the most but still will attend and see how it goes and will update if I was offered the job.
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
How do you handle high-pressure environments/situations?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
