Applied online, was then interviewed by the store manager and one of the regional managers.
The interviews were pretty much identical with the regional manager interview being slight more technical and asking about targets etc.
I also had to create a 6 month business plan for the company and SWOT analysis.

If the store is down money and you're struggling to make budget for the year what steps would you take to try and pull this back?
