There was an assessment centre with lots of people. Then after a few weeks they invited me to the local shop to have an interview with the store manager, which was done on stools just behind the storefront.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.
