J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zara en févr. 2012
Entretien
Have resume available with when coming in to ask for an application.
They'll call if interested. I'd give it a few days before calling.
Short, typical interview. They'll ask you about your interest in Zara and fashion in general. Dress like the brand, trendy but business appropriate, it'll show you have sense of fashion.
Know the company and the designers they get there inspirations from.
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
How do you handle high-pressure environments/situations?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
