Very straightforward; asked me why I wanted to work at Zara. Wanted to know what Sales experience I had. The hiring manager pulled me aside and we had a casual conversation instead of a formal lengthy interview.

lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
