Very welcoming and friendly, one to one with the manager. Only lasted about 20 minutes and I was offered the job on the spot! Main questions were:
Why do you want to work for Zara?
What customer service experience do you have?
Tell me of a time of good/bad customer service?
What do you think the main duties are of a sales associate?
What motivates you?
Why do you think you stand out?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
