The hiring process went as follows: first, a group interview at my university (approx. 20 students per interview). They asked to describe ourselves and describe the people we were sitting next to. Then, they set us in groups of 5 and we had to come up with a business plan. We had 15 minutes to finish this task and then we had to present it in front of the class.
En mi opinión el proceso de entrevistas fue breve, agradable, y eficiente. La primera entrevista tuvo lugar en la tienda y la siguiente en la oficina central, donde se firma el contrato.

First questionnaire online followed up by video interview and later group interview. The most challenging definitely the group interview. It is difficult to stand out. Yet it was a nice time to meet new people and the hr managers were very nice
