J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zara (Londres, Angleterre) en août 2017
Entretien
It was a group interview at London bond street.
*--They will give you a form to fill with personal details and availability. Make sure you have your national insurance with you and two referees details. Then when they are ready to take everyone in you will go inside a room (class room/ meeting room based).
*--Remember: they will test you with everything make sure you stand out and you are confident. Even when they put the video up make sure you are watching they will stand at the back of the room dropping notes.
*--With inditex group interview there wasn't any personal interview question. They will ask what do you know about the company's history, technology, distribution, new collection arrivals. the questions are more surrounded the retail job roles.
*--Make sure you have a clear understanding of the company's job roles. Although it might seem obvious but there will be another person that might have said the information you know and obviously, you can’t repeat the same information.
Tips: Everything will be super quick and relaxing so make sure you stand out each time you speak. When mentioning information about the company mention interesting facts, they will often say why are we the No.1 retailer. why do we stand out? what makes us different than our competitors?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
