It consisted of four stages: 1)Recruiter call 2)Senior Analyst interview 3)Panel round, which included a technical SQL assessment, a conversation with the hiring manager, and an informal coffee chat 4) Final round with the Director and a problem-solving exercise focused on reducing airport wait times The entire process took about 3–4 weeks, and I received a final decision roughly 1–2 weeks later. My only feedback is around communication timing. While the process itself was well-structured, the final decision was delayed twice past the deadline despite communication stating otherwise.

Interview was standard and very simple. There were some excel proficiency tests and general questions about why are you interested in this company/what could you bring that is unique compared to other applicants.
