I had 5 or 6 steps in my Interview Process and it has been one of the most "processed" and effective I met in my life. Interviewers were implicated and did the necessary to present me the company and the job, I had the impression I exactly know how the things would happen next. They listened to me with interest and answered to all my questions, I have the feeling I made my choice with all the information I wanted to know (not always the case).
