J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Yardi Systems (Santa Barbara, CA) en sept. 2015

First they had a phone interview. Took evaluation, had at least one on site interview. They asked questions that were not about software, like questions about property management and accounting. They did not ask about any advanced software tools, only MySQL. The only difficult part of the interview is how they space out interviews over many days, because if this is not your first choice for employment you will want to schedule other interviews during this time.

The recruiter reached out to me and set up an interview for the following day in the morning. The next day 30 minutes before the interview was supposed to start, they emailed me and said they are going in a different direction. From the looks of it, it doesn't seem they want to hire anyone. They might be stringing people along with fake job postings to collect people data

Interview process was pretty generic. Customer service related questions and action based questions. Panel interview with two rounds. Brush up on your problem solving tactics and you’ll be fine. 30 word limit

It typically involves several over complex stages, with a focus on both in-person, remote, meeting multiple people. Overall fine, but long winded. Would recommend a lot of time researching account principles and the company.
