There was an unpaid skills test to do at home, followed by an on site interview which was followed by a surprise on site skills test that I didn't know about and that took me about 3 hours.

3 Part Interview process. Video calls, Very thorough and professional. The 1 Interviewers was the Marketing team leader. Who gave me a breakdown on what a typical day looks like to work for Yardi. The 2nd Interviewer was the head of Department. Who was also very pleasant. Had great conversation. And spoke about design practices and what makes each other tick. Overall good experience.

I interview for the Graphic Designer (keen on data) position at Yardi in 2020 and it was the most complex interview process I've ever been through.
It started with a HR phone call where I've been informed about the job description and about the next steps: a 3 days test at home followed by a 3 hours test at home, a zoom meeting with 3 employers from teams that work directly with the graphic designer, where I had another kind of test to take (justifying design choices and offering alternatives for existing visuals).
Unfortunately, the process stopped here for me, as I was not selected for the final step: the call with the manager.
What I liked about the process was that I got the chance to demonstrate my skills before any other call that could maybe decrease my chances of being seen and heard.
Even though the tests were rather complicated, I think that they were perfectly created to give you a complete view on what the job is actually about.
