i interviewed with who would have been my boss via phone, then in person. I also interviewed with the hiring manager in person and followed up with a call. The process was informal and friendly, while at the same time gauging whether or not we were a fit for each other. I was impressed with everyone I interacted with. It's a great organization that really seems to look out for the employees. Unfortunately I had a situation arise where I could not go further in the process.
