Very brief. Easy. They're not very picky about who they hire. They basically asked about experience, skills, how did I find out about Whirlpool. They informed me that I would have to have physical in the nurse's station and they would take a hair sample for the drug test.

Extremely brief. It only consisted of two questions, and from there I was handed a w 2 to fill out. That was the entirety of the process, from there I simply filled out the w 2 and then got the job.
