I met with a recruiter who helped me get the interview (with ABC Family). The interview was at one of the creative director's office in their building in Burbank. It was a very typical interview; they asked about me, my interests, my skills, and what I knew about the company. I told them that I am not a frequent viewer of the network, but my other traits were more important to them.
Phone call with a recruiter, then online interview with the hiring managers, and a final online interview with the Director
Asked basic questions and questions specifically related to the job description
The interviewing process was simple and straightforward, consisting of a direct conversation with the head of department, and I received an offer just a few hours after the call ended.
