The only negative thing is that Orthodontic Coverage only applies to those under 21. Outside of this, everything else is above and beyond what most employers provide.

Health benefits were pretty standard for Canada in the tech industry. RRSP matching had a vesting period hidden in the small print.
the benefits package in Canada was excellent we paid no out of pocket for any health insurance and had 15 days off per year not that i got to use it but it was still offered Canadian version of 401k match up to 4% pretty standard
Good - Discounts at resorts/theme parks. Medical, dental, message therapy. RRSP matching. Bad - Locked to 3 week vacation time per year.
