I applied on-line and used an existing employee I have worked with at another company as a referral. Knowing someone that works for the Walt Disney Company greatly increases the likelyhood that you will get an interview.The recruiter was very energetic. Interview started on time and interviewer was very pleasant and very professional. She made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. She looked very hard to find the right fit for me.

It was a phone interview. I received an e-mail asking which day I'm available for the interview. They called me on time, Asked many different situational interview questions. They also asked which department would I prefer working in and why you want to work there, the basics.
