Applied for the position online. Received an e-mail inviting me for phone interview which shows the recruiter's availability. Phone interview with recruiter was fairly short and to the point. They had set questions that were easy answer (no tricks). They may call schedule another phone interview for another round of questions if they need to know more. Still waiting for results.
