For Mexican University students, the process is rather simple. There are recruiting rounds in main universities around the country. If you have proof of english (i.e. Toefl) you'll go onto the next round which consists of a really simple phone conversation with their Mexico Based recruiter. After that, a face to face event is hold in several cities where you'll meet with actual Disney members and you'll have to choose your position. DO YOUR RESEARCH beforehand. Most common positions are Custodial (Janitor around the parks, which is fun and easy to do), Retail (working in any of the stores), Kitchen (You'll never leave the kitchen and will work under stress constantly), Mascot (You'll earn 1 dollar more per hour but will suffer heat and dehydration constantly) and Service management (hotels, parking lots, you never know).
