I met the assistant store manager, discussed my experience and education, and everything went well initially. I followed that up with a second interview conducted by the store manager. I was offered the position and proceeded to pass the background check and drug testing. Approximately a week later the assistant manager called me to apologize and explain that the store manager had changed her mind and hired a different candidate.

Easy process, 1 phone interview and 1 in person. Basic questions about experience, etc.. they emailed me to offer the job and sent an offer letter with details like pay and stuff
