Entretien
The process was structured and professional. It began with an initial screening call with a recruiter, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was invited for a panel interview with 3 senior managers from supply chain and operations.
Each round focused on different aspects:
Phone Screen (30 mins): Focused on my background, why I’m interested in Walmart, and basic supply chain concepts.
Hiring Manager Interview (45 mins): Behavioral questions (STAR format), operational problem-solving scenarios, and team leadership experience.
Panel Interview (90 mins): In-depth case studies, questions around supply chain optimization, inventory turns, vendor relations, and cross-functional leadership. They also asked about experience with data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

What KPIs do you track regularly in a distribution or fulfillment environment?
The interviews are about 2 to 3 rounds. Company is big on asking questions according to the STAR method, so be sure to answer accordingly. Provide examples of situations and the results of your projects.

Series of 4 questions asked by a panel of 3 people for the first interview. Then of selected you get a 2nd interview with 4 more questions. Usually a panel of 2-3 people for 2 interview
