Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Walmart en févr. 2009
Entretien
The hiring process is pretty basic, just like most retail operations. Basic personality tests and situation based questions. Nothing really hard about the process, save for the unprofessional nature of the interviewer.
The company is basically trying to figure out if you can work long unpredictable schedules and fill in for people when they don't show up, and whether you are willing to cross train and do a variety of jobs for essentially what is minimum wage rates. It is not necessarily a bad place to work, but these tactics in the hiring process sort of weeds out those who are potentially problematic.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a custmer and how did you resolve it
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
Solid and very well informative process. It was straightforward and well put together. I really enjoyed the people that I interacted with and ultimately chose another route due to time constraints.
The interview was brief but straight forward. I interviewed with someone and was done within 15 minutes. They asked a few questions about myself and past job experience. Then I progressed to the next steps in the hiring process. The next steps where orientation.
