Good. Normal customer service questions like situation based. How would you react in any given situation and a mistake that you have done and how you overcome it. Interviewer finally asked about why you applied for this job. What make you perfect fit for this job

Easy, straight forward and not too confusing. Overall good experience from the interviewer, semi formal dress and I got the job offer after 20 minutes. Interviewer offered me the job right after the interview.

I was scheduled for interview and I did go. When it's my time to be interviewed, I said I don't speak French and was clearly stated in my CV. It's in Quebec btw. The HR told me right away that I don't qualify because I don't speak french yet.
