The process was very simple just a 1 on 1 onsite interview. The interview asked couple of questions and asks about your background. Having those customer interaction examples when you helped a customer they really like those answers

Name a situation where you dealt with a difficult customer
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
