Pretty easy. I was asked a few questions about myself and hobbies. I didn't have previous job experience but they didn't mind and I got hired a few days later.

Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.
