Waited an hour to see the pharmacist for the interview, which he then proceeded to glance over my resume and toss it in the trash. Then he proceeded to berate me for applying and told me I am unqualified and shouldn't be applying to such jobs (according to the job description I was qualified). Afterwards I was sent home.

The interview process begins with submitting an online application through Walmart’s careers page. After applying, I received an email inviting me for an interview. I scheduled an appointment at the store, where I met with the pharmacist, who was very friendly. We had great communication throughout the conversation. She asked several questions about my experience working with customers, some behavioral questions, and details about my overall experience. Following this, she invited me to attend a second interview with another manager to continue the discussion.

pretty simple interview. Only asked about my availability and if i have ever worked in a pharmacy before. They dont reply you and wont even give an answer if you're not selected

The manager asked standard interview questions (ex. tell me about yourself, weakness/strength), along with some pharmacy assistant specific questions (ex. confidentiality), and scenario questions. Also asked about flexibility and ability to travel to pharmacy.
